2.16.010 Composition.


The public safety department shall be composed of the divisions enumerated in Sections 2.16.020 and 2.16.030. (Prior code º 2-30)

2.16.020 Police division-Chief of police generally.*


The chief of police, for the purposes of this chapter, shall be the head of the police division. (Prior code º 2-31)

2.16.030 Division of fire protection-Fire chief generally.*


The fire chief, for the purposes of this chapter, shall be the head of the division of fire protection. (Prior code º 2-32)
